[ NOOOO! Their subs were great compared to the dry tasteless ones from Subway. ]

Not to mention that they didn’t partner with Moloch Obama like Sub-way did...

Sorry bit Subway is the ripoff of ripoffs.

They give you hardly any meat or cheese and should you ask for another they charge extra. I am hungry before I leave the store!

Will never go to one again......I would sooner starve than be ripped off.

Their death knell started with the talking oven commercial: “Go ahead and put it in me, steve, you know you want to”

I used to like their sandwiches, but they priced themselves out of my budget.

Subway is the pits for a sandwich, but some of the smaller chains do pretty good, like McAllister’s Deli, based in Hattisburg Ms. with stores around the South, Firehouse Subs, etc.

Unless you insist on a hot saandwich, Jimmy John’s is easily the best.

Quiznos WAS awesome. I ate there at least 2-3 times every week, usually the prime rib and peppercorn. They were pricey, but amazing! Then Quiznos, for some unknown reason, changed how they prepared the prime rib about 4 or 5 years ago. It was no longer worth spending twice as much as Subway or the other sub shops. I would go back once or twice every year, hoping they changed back. They never did. I quit trying last year. I saw hundreds of people with similar comments to mine online.

My guess is that some penny-pinching idiot decided to make his mark on the company by saving it a few hundred thousand dollars... and wound up losing hundreds of millions, apparently.

They saw the Russian dressing and blanched like sour krauts!

Still all in all, the reubens are all in “rye” good humor about the situation!

Those were classic. They used the characters from the early days of the internet. One guy had a website that had these crazy characters singing weird songs in the very early days (1990’s).

I agree with that...Loved those sandwiches...Went from great tasting sliced prime rib to some chunks of an unidentifiable meat...They lost me as a customer...

They thought they were on a roll. However, they got their buns smacked. They sold their investors a lot of bologna. Lettuce have an end to these puns as I have no beef with their filing bankruptcy.

...Sheldon: I believe the Szechuan Palace has been passing off orange chicken as tangerine chicken and I intend to confront them.

Leonard: If I were you, I’d be more concerned by what they’re passing off as chicken...

I think you are rather crusty. However, at least you do not exhibit any half baked ideas. Let the puns flour!
