Former McCain Adviser Nicolle Wallace Trashes Sarah Palin on 'The View'

Nicolle Wallace, former adviser to the McCain-Palin 2008 presidential campaign who worked with Steve Schmidt, appeared on The View on Thursday and gushed over Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, and even Bill Clinton. Predictably, however, she trashed Sarah Palin.

Wallace has tried to blame Palin for the incompetence she and the McCain team displayed during the 2008 campaign against then-Senator Barack Obama.

The program played a clip from Game Change, which has been called out for numerous lies and inaccuracies, that allowed Wallace to whack Palin as someone who had a "gap in her knowledge" about issues. She didn't mention that if there were any gaps, it was her responsibility as her chief adviser to fill them. Wallace blamed the McCain campaign's loss on Palin's interview with Katie Couric, leaving out that Wallace is Couric's friend and that the interview--which was heavily edited--took place over multiple days.

The View IS the bottom of the barrel. Scumbags like Wallace love swimming in this dredge of a show.

Didn’t see the segment as I refuse to waste my time with The View but I am receiving plenty of John McCain pleas for donations via the RNC. I refuse to look at them too. It makes the day far less stressful. John you are not My Friend so stop addressing me in that regard. As for Nicolle Wallace, wasn’t she his political mistress of distress?

Careful Nicole - Joe McGinnis went after Gov. Palin - he’s dead now.

You said it. I expressed that notion a long time ago and got beat up a little over it. He grabbed her as she was just getting started because he needed a bright shiny object to help himself.

My contempt for him knows no limits.

‘If mccain had been elected, I imagine he would have carried on his backstabbing of his fellow republicans. I think he would have been a one termer and taken the republican party down with him and the democrats would gave emerged much stronger as a result.’

The US would probably also be in a couple more ‘foreign contingencies’, maybe one with Russia and maybe heavily involved on the ground in Syria. John m has never seen a foreign imbroglio that he doesn't think can be improved by US forces being involved. It is some sort of psychological compensation for his POW experience.

Why should we give a rat about what a lackey of Steve Schmidt
has to say about ANYTHING?

Steve Schmidt has been hired by a gay rights group to get Chamber of Commerce member organizations to endorse and support gay marriage. It has been posited by those who have been inside the Beltway that Mr. Schmidt is a closeted queer. That would explain his visceral hatred for Palin and it certainly makes his new gig a classic payoff from the Beltway pink mafia.

To #24: News flash. Guam just tipped over as more US troops arrived there. Alert Wallace that the Dems were right and Palin was wrong.

Copy/paste from my FR home page:

Update 08/29/2008 - I have said on FR that I wouldn't vote for McCain, period! I had been planning to write in John Galt and Hank Rearden as a protest against a man who I believe is a very bad choice for American conservatives. But I do believe that I must vote for Sarah Palin. Rock meet hard place. As of today, I plan to vote for whatever ticket carries Palin. If RINO McCain rides on her coat tails, lucky for him.

Nicolle Wallace has an extremely long track record of consistantly supporting the liberal point of view.
The question remains: is Nicolle Wallace too stupid to realize she is a Democrat?

For all their whining, I wonder just how many “wins”, a political advisors, Wallace and Schmidt have under their belt?

I voted for Palin with the hope that McLame’s cancer would knock him off.
