No REAL man is going to want to be associated with ‘queer beer’...”I always thought so and so was straight, but there he is tugging on a Sam Adams...who knew?”

ONE BAR boycotts their damn beer, and Sam Adams turns their back on 98% of their NORMAL, heterosexual customer base to pander to the 2% pervert crowd.

Insane. Sam Adams is now 'queer beer'.

I’d tried it while visiting Pittsburgh and enjoyed it. I have had it in a small bar, and also it’s carried in the “99”
restaurant-pub chain. When a local store w a big liquor dept. carried it, they sold out the first day. Went back a few days later and they had Yuengling Light and maybe 1 or 2 other varities but not lager...the Light was “ok” but not as good as the lager.

Last night I did get a 6 pack of Yuengling lager and had a couple...great! What gets me is when I visit Penn. the liquor laws are weird—you can’t get beer in “wine-spirit” stores, tho there are beer distributors where you can buy it by the keg or maybe the case. (What if I just want a 6 pack?) And restaurants...you could walk into one and ask for a 6 pack of Rolling Rock, let’s say...

Don’t know if it was one bar, could’ve been more, but I get the feeling Boston Beer Co. got a lot of emails and facebook comments demanding they pull their support. And as I’ve said, several local radio stations inc CBS’ Mix 104.1 and Amp 103.3, as well as a couple Greater Media stations (maybe Hot 96.9) have also pulled their support.

Interesting to note how many queers are ‘packed’ into the Red England/blue states in the top ten of that chart. Two less sodomites in Red Hampshire, though...the owners of my wife’s hair salon moved to Florida. :-)

Clear Channel radio-Boston pulled out too, I hear.

Also hear Heineken pulled support.

From Blue Velvet:
“Heineken? F-— that s-—! PABST! BLUE! RIBBON!”

Bud: not American owned
Yuengling: is.

The more I read about this BS, the more I move from a simple difference to homosexuality to a hostility towards homosexuality.

Indeed, we are being manipulated. It smacks of community organizing. Agitate the masses while separating people into groups of "us and them". And the organizers step in with a solution that guarantees to create winners and losers.

“I went to Sam Adams website and left them my feelings via there contact us link at the bottom of the page.”

Just did the same thing. Their Boston Lager is a really fine bear, especially when poured fresh from the tap. I’m done with it though.

“I’ll drink a Heineken to that!”

Uh, I read that Heineken also pulled its sponsorship of the parade.

“So much for Sam Adams beer for me & family!!!”

Buy all means, stop buying Sam Adams products. But also directly let the company know about your decision, even if it takes a few minutes to do so. Don’t let the Gaystapo drown out our voices.

Gosh. Soon there will be nothing left to boycott. The gays have taken over all the major search engines, media, telecommunication companies, Disney, and now food and beverages and beer!

Yes, Sam Adams makes some fine beer. (Their Rebel IPA sucks, though). And, as big as Sam Adams has become, it has played a major role in the resurgence of small local breweries. I have no idea if it is popular among gays or in gay bars. I would suspect not. Their decision to pull out of the Boston Parade is puzzling. All I can think of is that they do not expect the same backlash from average Americans as they are feeling from the Gaystapo. That is why I took the time to write Sam Adams to let them know I will no loner purchase or consume their products. I was in Boston this past Sunday through Tuesday on business. I enjoyed a few Boston Lagers on my trip, including on the Acela and at my hotel. I let Sam Adams know those were the last of their products I will ever consume. I urge everyone else to do the same.

Heineken is probably the most overrated beer ever, which is not to say it is bad. It is a widely available known quantity, a safe bet. Sam Adams Boston Lager is probably underrated right now, looked down upon by blue collar Bud drinkers and hop heads alike. I would bet that Sam Adams is more popular with Americans with traditional values than with the gay set. That is why it is imperative that Sam Adams know we are watching — and no longer consuming.

Tried a sixer of Sam Adams summer ale once. Took a couple is sips, poured that bottle out and pawned the rest off on unwary guests. Took months to find anybody that had a taste for it. Never saw such a highly regarded brew suck so bad. The pole smokers are welcome to it.

Same here, but I found no takers. Dumped it down the drain.

If I want lemonade, I’ll buy lemonade, dammitall! (Gaahhh — citrus in beer. *spit*)
