Speaking before the New Jersey Law and Public Safety Committee in Trenton, N.J., on Thursday, 9-year-old competition shooter Shyanne Roberts spoke in opposition to a proposed bill that would further limit magazine capacity to 10 rounds.
In her speech, which earned thunderous applause from the audience, she presented the simplicity and common sense nature of the pro-gun argument in a way only a kid can.

And sadly the committee passed the magazine limit bill anyway.
Good sense NEVER groups political pressure. Not in this day and age.
Christie said, should legislation reach his desk, he would give it "the same consideration" he did with the ban on .50 caliber weapons that reached his desk, which he promptly vetoed. Again, let's hope so. If he doesn't do the right thing, he is finished politically.
Yeah but maybe if he switched parties Bruce Springsteen would be friends with him again. [rolls eyes]
There audio is really bad. If the committee heard it that way they most likely zoned out and thought about their next publicly paid for French restaurant meal.

That’s because they want to confiscate guns. Sensible gun control is just a ruse. If these progs get their way the little 9 yr old won’t be in any more shooting competitions.
.......was hoping one of you enterprising Freepers, as you often somehow do, would come up with better video on this one!
From what I read, the videographer had his thumb over the microphone as well as having bad video. May even have been a cell phone taking it. Regardless, keep shootin’ straight young lady.
