Christie strongly hinted he will veto the legislation should it pass the full assembly and state senate. Let's hope so, otherwise, he can kiss goodbye any political future in the Republican party or any party. People say he can "switch parties" but that is complete nonsense. The Democrats and unions hate him, and would never give him a platform to seek higher office within their ranks.

Christie said, should legislation reach his desk, he would give it "the same consideration" he did with the ban on .50 caliber weapons that reached his desk, which he promptly vetoed. Again, let's hope so. If he doesn't do the right thing, he is finished politically.

That’s because they want to confiscate guns. Sensible gun control is just a ruse. If these progs get their way the little 9 yr old won’t be in any more shooting competitions.
