Reince Priebus Predicts 2014 ‘Tsunami Election’ for GOP

I think we’re in for a tsunami-type election in 2014,” Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus told the audience at Tuesday morning’s Christian Science Monitor breakfast in Washington, D.C. Looking ahead to this fall’s midterm elections, Priebus boldly predicted big gains for the GOP, especially in the Senate.

”My belief is, it’s going to be a very big win, especially at the U.S. Senate level, and we may add some seats in congressional races,” Priebus predicted. “But I need to and we need to at the RNC make sure that we can capture the positives and the benefits we’ve been able to provide in 2014 and build on that to have success in 2016, which is a very different type of election.”

And yet they’re still trying to squander it by talking up amnesty. Idiots.

Then what? ” Nothing we can do. Let`s win the White House THEN you`ll see us do something.”

We must win in 2016, for a host of great reasons.. Actually, we did a much better job of passing major reforms with Clinton's help, after we captured the Congress in 95, than we did on our own when we briefly, had all three branches..

The Media, in their infinite wisdom, and overwhelming blind support for Democrats, couldn't bash the reforms that we forced on Clinton, because he signed them..

That being said, Willy Boy was smarter than the Boy King, and he may not play the right hand to enhance his legacy, as Clinton did, but I'd love to find out.. :)

BINGO!

Big Government GOP, even if they control everything, will NEVER vote to give up power over literally Trillions of dollars.

It`s a ruse. They`re BS`ing.
They have no intention of ever cutting government departments, ending them completely. The GOP believes it can run Big Government more efficiently than the neo-marxist Democrats.
THAT is what they will never reveal to you.

Depends upon the size of the win. We take over the Senate, change the rules, pass veto-proof legislation, begin impeachment steps, etc., etc., etc.

As long as you're dreaming, would you like a pony? :)

Then when we win the white house we will need compassionate conservatism to not llse our gains in 2018

I predict that we will take 9 Senate Seats presently held by Dems: WV, MT, SD, AR, MI, CO, AK, LA and NC. And, we just might take the Seat held by Jeanne Sheehan in NH. On the flip side, we might lose KY to the Dems. I think Grimes will defeat McConnell if he is the GOP candidate instead of Matt Bevin. What say ye? Anybody?

I predict WV, MT, SD, AR and maybe NC. I agree McConnell is in some serious trouble in KY, as with that vacant seat in GA.

I remember the last time they had control of the Whitehouse, Senate, and HOR. They did NOTHING of lasting value for conservatives.

I was beginning to think that I was the only one who remembered that. I’m thinking that if we had a Conservative Prez to take the lead (like Ronald Reagan did) that would be the game-changer.

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, Reince.

The GOP has been known to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory before.
