Look for the Aliens theory when this one doesn't pan out.

The 777 is on the moon. NASA has pictures but won’t release them. I’m sure somebody on FR will post the picture.

Spot on, the lack of a ransom note proves it.

Never have the media shown to be such morons, looking to capitalize on every nut case theory, than about Flight 370.

OK. I’ll play...

If the plane was hijacked to be used as part of a subsequent terrorist attack — a la 9/11 — then the passengers are already dead along with any of the crew that weren’t in on the hijacking.

My number 1 theory is the cockpit fire. It fits the few known facts without adding in assumptions about hiding a plane that are just so unlikely as to be next-to-impossible.

Ok, I have had enough of the story of this aircraft. Call me when they find it.

I would think that ransom demands would be made within 24 hours or no more than 48.

The passengers would be useful as hostages aboard the plane as it heads toward Tel Aviv.

Ransom? Isn’t it a typical tactic for demands to have been made...by now??

If they are still looking then this can’t be true —— thanks for playing!

It took three long weeks to find a missing USAF A10 which happened to go down over land. There was a lot of speculation about that one too because it was loaded with live bombs (which they never found) It was ruled pilot suicide, the old CFT, Controlled Flight into Terrain.

That is my thinking too. It’s the same old double whammy the radical muslims enjoy.

If there is a ransom note, its publication would likely be a delicate matter.

So, someone will say “baruch dayan emet” while blowing up the plane! Seriously, you don’t think that will stop the Israelis, do you? Netanyahu would be faced with the choice of some 300 gentiles vs. over 400,000 Israelis...

Oh my, no, I don't think it will stop the Israelis at all. But it's not what I think that matters.

When you hold something/someone for ransom, don’t you have to let someone know you have it/them? < /Captain Obvious >
