NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - Every parent needs to know about the Twitter page is called @LI PartyStories. High school students from across Nassau and Suffolk are posting pictures of themselves drinking under age and doing inappropriate things. The most unsettling part is that the account has more than 22,000 followers.

And surely they will learn (in time) that those postings are like tattoos .... easy to get, cool, but the devil to get rid of, and guaranteed to come back to haunt you!!!

Oh, if you only knew. And it’s crazier out in the country where teens are allowed to go off by themselves unsupervised. Been that way for the over twenty years since I entered my teen years, probably gonna be that way for years to come, unless society magically turns into the second Victorian era, which is an even more depressing thought.

I’ve seen much worse while growing up Russian.

Most people survive the experimentation stage and grow up. Despite the insanity I’ve seen dozens of friends do, none were ever seriously hurt.

No teenagers listen to their parents or the law until they see the consequences for themselves.

Bubble wrapping, spying or micromanaging them usually causes far more damage than what you’re trying to save them from.
