The people of Ukraine are about to be fleeced if they stand for it. Lets consolidate more countries and saddle them with debt to the IMF/EU. We’ll show them how to fix their economies with top down control.

Oh, please turn in your guns and we will approve your loans.

Agreed; I won’t give up my weapons.

What’s happening in the Ukraine should be a wake up call to their immediate neighbors, Europe, and us here.

Look at the pattern, the first thing dictators/power-grabbers et al do is try and disarm the populace.

An armed society is a free society.

Remember Leonidas words to the Persian king: “Molon labe”

Thursday by the French ambassador to Ukraine, Alain Rémy, who said the disarmament of the militias that helped overthrow the former government is a central requirement for the European Union to begin disbursing financial aid...

The EU has now made financial aid contingent on the Ukrainians surrendering the means by which they secured their freedom in the first place. The EU has to my knowledge offered no military assistance to Ukraine so without the militias Ukraine is dependent upon their thoroughly infiltrated, Russian trained military which I doubt would stand for more than a few hours against a Russian invasion.

What has happened is this: freedom has broken out and the first reaction of the Western "Powers" is to try to dial it back. The EU wants Ukraine under Russian control in order to preserve the status quo.

I am guessing they did not get a "second amendment" in their constitution when all the chaos was occurring.

Prime Minister Arseniy P. Yatsenyuk, who was a staunch supporter of the protesters but never condoned violent tactics, set the deadline for Friday

Gun confiscation is one of the things that happens when you have Globalist Bankster stooges like Yatsenyuk in charge. The Banksters used these Kiev 'protestors' as pawns to overthrow the Ukraine government just like they used Al Qaeda in Libya and Syria. Suckers.

Wait until the Banksters start taking the Ukrainian's bank accounts and natural resources. The Ukrainian people will beg the Russians to come in.

City to Shooting Range: Get Rid of NRA Membership Requirement or Get Out

March 20 2014
by Dan Cannon

A gun club in Colorado that has been in existence for over 60 years finds itself between a rock and a hard place.

Recently, the club changed its rules to require all members to also be members of the NRA. The move was made so that the club would be eligible for certain grants and other benefits provided by the NRA for member ranges. The club was counting on that assistance to make needed upgrades to the aging indoor range.

However, the city, who owns the property the gun club is located on, wasn’t too happy about that move. According to the Durango Herald,

The city of Durango has given notice to the Durango Gun Club: The nonprofit must either abandon its new requirement that each of its 700 members join the National Rifle Association, or the club must vacate its Florida Road premises, which the club has leased free from the city since 1963.

In the city’s eviction letter, which was addressed to Malarsie, city attorney David Smith wrote that if the club’s NRA “policy is, in fact, in place, it is an objectionable use of public land and must be discontinued. If the Board of Directors of the club choose not to discontinue this policy, this letter constitutes notice to vacate the premises within the next 30 days.”

In the eviction letter, dated March 13, Smith requests that the club’s leadership inform the city of its decision in the next 10 days.

La Plata County Manager Joe Kerby said the county is reviewing whether the club’s NRA membership requirement violates the terms of its lease with the county.

The gun club’s leadership feel that Colorado’s changing politics as well as the city wanting the land for other projects are the real issue at play here.

They should stick to their guns.

Sooner or later, Putin is going to try to take a 2nd bite.

They should learn the lesson of the Warsaw uprising: if you ain't got guns, you will have to risk your life to get them later.

Asking to surrender the guns is one of the dumbest things the new government has done so far. They are acting like the fight is over and they’re in charge of the situation. It’s nowhere near to be over. Even when it is over, the people will need to stay armed against future Yanukoviches.

There’s a lot of criticism of the new Ukrainian government. Putin has all the initiative and everything that they do is reactive, sometimes a week behind. This criticism is not loud yet, because the country is technically in a state of war with Russia and they’re trying to present a unified front at wartime. But it will be getting louder if the new government keeps up pulling stunts like this.

It could be that the EU is going to give Ukraine to Russia anyway and that they didn’t like Maidan. Russia will then give gas at a lower rate to Europe (in exchange for bailing out Ukraine’s IMF loans, which was the original proposal accepted by Yakunivich). Win win for both sides. Russia gets Ukraine as a puppet state, Western Europe gets gas (and rid of an unreliable country which they don’t want to babysit anyway), and the Ukrainians, Poles, and Lat/lith/Estonians get the shaft.

Now, if the EU is going to cede Ukraine to Russia, they will not want Right Sector, Swoboda, and other groups causing trouble for the Russian occupiers and the new Puppet state.

In the end this will happen. Ukraine will not be free, and will end up in the clutches of Russia again. And it will be mostly because of the EU and IMF needing the money and energy.
