If Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2016 her top selling point will be not her experience, not her competency, or intelligence the fact that if she would be the first U.S. president with ovaries.
A new Gallup poll released Friday found that when asked what the best or most positive thing about a Hillary Clinton presidency would be, 18 percent cited the fact that she would be the first woman president. The second most popular answer, at nine percent, was her experience, specifically her foreign policy experience.
Other positives, that netted at least five percent of respondents, were that she would be the best choice, that she would be a change from the Bush and Obama administrations and that she would stick to a Democratic agenda.
A little less than half of respondents either had no opinion (22 percent) and answered nothing (27 percent).
Clearly Clintons unique selling proposition is that she would be the first woman president, Gallups Frank Newport writes. Nearly one in five Americans mention this historic possibility as a positive, including 22% of women, 27% of 18- to 29-year-olds, and 30% of Democrats.
Just four percent of Americans said the most negative aspect of a Clinton presidency would be the fact that she is a woman, and one percent said that the country is not ready for a woman president.
When broken down by party, Democrats who had a negative view of a Hillary Clinton presidency were most likely to say they dont want a female president. Six percent of Democrats gave that response. Most Republicans said the most negative aspect would be a continuation of this path.

Survey says...
Bi-pedal.
87% of our audience said the best thing about a Hillary presidency would be that she's bi-pedal.

I will be surprised if Hillary runs.
It certainly is! Ovaries with a hint of cojones.
Perhaps he knows something we don't.................
Isn’t nice to know that that the same 30% didn’t learn anything from 2008? Wasn’t Emperor Obama’s biggest selling point that fact that he was going to be America’s first black President?
But gender wasn’t good enough reason for backing Sarah Palin?
The left calls us bigots while they elect a man because of his skin color and support Shrillary because of her gender.
He’s right! It is time for a women president, just like it was time for a black president, followed by it is time for a gay president and transgender president and beastiality president, a preisdent with no arms and legs, a president with body piercings and tattoos, an illegal president oops got one of them, a homeless president, a president who eats dogs and cats, a mental patient president oops we have many who fit this bill. To hell with experience this is just like American idol.
We already have one.
I don’t think she’ll be the rat nominee. She looks like the Crypt Keeper’s great grandma. Someone young and telegenic will rise up and beat her just like Obama did.
\ No experience, not competent probably intelligent.
She sucks 2 out of 3.
after Hillary, we will need a full black president, then a hispanic, then an American Indian, then a non white none of the above.
Benghazi Betty has a gender? That makes her a noun. Is it masculine, feminine, or neuter?
There are a large number of traditionalist Republicans who felt that Palin in 2008 was not seasoned enough.
I am one of those traditionalists. I did not like Palin for that reason. I did not like McEnroe either when he first started, but later I did. I did not like Agassi the teanager, but liked him better later. I generally do not like phenoms, but after a phenom grows up a little, then I like them. I did not like Kobe at first but really appreciate him now. Ditto for Shaq.
A lot of republicans tend to be traditionalists in this way.
As Rush delicately put it (not!), her "genitalia".
Ruvvry.
All that caring, all that motherliness, and all we get is ..... Chel?
