This is about the youth vote. They’ve been brainwashed about Climate change for the last ten years and are a bunch of fanatics. EXCEPT...they are at the same time, the most wasteful folks on earth.
When gas prices were way up and gave up their car and took mass transit, the transit companies cried....no...use your car...we lost all of our aid because of you folks and our union bus drivers actually had to work.

This is simply Hillary’s ploy to enrapture the ignorant youth vote, at least what’s left of it after obama’s scorched earth policy has torched them with the twin fires of unemployment and obamacare.
