Democrats have been waiting for ObamaCare to become popular for four years.
And counting.
Congressional leaders and senior White House advisers have been saying since 2010 that public opinion will turn their way sometime soon. Be patient, they have told anxious members of their party again and again.

Their plan was for the SC to rule against obamacare. Then the country would be pissed and support a bunch of liberals being appointed to the SC. This would give them something to run on.
Whistling in the dark.
Charles Krauthammer called Obamacare complicated and absurd.
The Democrats would have been better off with single payer.
They are waiting for the public to warm up to their public-private mostrosity no one likes.
theyll be waiting a LONG LONG time!!
They intended complicated and absurd to drive us into single payer since that’s a hard sell all at once.
I’m hopeful they’ve played out their ability to show competence and the people (fingers crossed) won’t even give them a chance to take over something like that even if it is sold as the same as Soc Sec or Medicare. Both failing programs as a fifth grader 20 years ago could have predicted.
I think the house of cards is all to evident to all but the most simple amongst us.
You are referring to the voting majority, correct?
A warm-up that shall never happen. Complexities that continue to multiply at an exponential rate, and features that are more punitive than beneficial for the vast majority of participants, do little to make the general public more receptive.
This "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010" is about as acceptable as a military draft in a highly unpopular war, if anybody recalls the Viet Nam era. That draft resulted in a large number of exceptions and exemptions, and vastly inflated the number of war-resistant individuals. Technically, registration for the draft is still the law of the land, but nobody is actually drafted any more, with our "all-volunteer" forces.
ObamaCare means paying more, and getting less, than before.
No rational person will like that deal, bottom line. No one. And skip all the feel-good crap about “well at least all those uninsured people are now covered”.
ObamaCare is a born loser. The Dems deserve this self-induced disaster.
Lets just hope we can, in the words of Saul Alinsky, exploit this fiasco for our own advantage this fall.
Not even a dead cat bounce, rats. Election day is coming.
the bastards can wait till hell freezes over for odumbocare to “bounce”, “tain’t gonna happen!
It’s coming.....just like the bounce in the economy.
It is always just over there.....on the horizon. Keep looking.
My thoughts exactly.
If they had been patient, that might have happened eventually. Instead, they destroyed the healthcare system with an idiotic hybridization of single payer and private that can never work.
They've forfeited the people's trust on healthcare for perhaps a generation or more an the law is being walked back one executive order at a time.
The Obamacare ‘ll come out tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow
there’ll be sun
Just thinkin’ about tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow till’ there’s none
When I’m stuck in the day that’s grey and lonely
I just stick up my chin and grin and say ohh
The Obamacare ‘ll come out tomorrow
So you got to hang on
till’ tomorrow, come what may!
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow
You’re only a day away!
EVERYBODY ALL TOGETHER NOW,,,,
Election day will be here before we know it. and the dead cat will still be in precisely the same spot it is today.?
NO MORE MR NICE GUY
if we call a SPADE a SPADE... we shall be victorious.
well yes... after a fashion.
it’s still hard to wrap my mind around the fact that the majority here in upscale Marin County could POSSIBLY be Obama Zombies...and yet be so well off financially.
