Actually, I think when some people get a phone call asking their opinion of o, they might be afraid to say anything negative about him. We see IRS being used as a tool to attack dissenters, along with the thought that the NSA might be listening. I do believe some people are really afraid of this administration and won’t answer honestly.

Much of the 78% must be folks who can't stand the Boehner's/Cantor's/McCarthy's/McConnell's, and would give higher approval if only there were more Cruz's/Gowdy's/Gohmert's/Paul's.
