For what it's worth....
Given the beatdown Russia has taken since the 90's, I find it quite believable that Russia flexing its muscles on the world stage would be popular back home.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's approval rating has reached 80 percent,I wonder how close to 80% approval rating Putin would be in our country?

Well, well, well, O’bummer’s approval rating is just 1/2 of that. Obummer loses again.

“same thing happened to Hitler”
Yes, it did.
And it encouraged him to push the weak leaders of the world even more.
Just like now.

Putins Approval Rating Rises to 80% Poll And that's just here in America! At least that's what I believe it would be if the question asked was "Who would you prefer for a leader, Putin or Obama?" :^)

Add to that the fact that nearly all average Russians consider Crimea to be part of Russia for 300+ years (like it or not, dear readers), and stories from its history (such as battling the Turks, British, French) are some of the most well-known in Russian literature. Not very different from USA's "wild-west" lore.

Putin’s flat rejection of the homosexual agenda has more than a little to do with his popularity, of course the MSM will never whisper a word about that.

Private citizens in Russia are doing ‘sanctions’ against Obama...Very freeperish... Obama can't drink coffee here - or bank there... They need to include Kerry in their signs...

At least Putin loves his country and wants to restore its former power and respect. Gotta give him credit for that.
Our president is doing just the opposite.

They should deny Kerry’s sailboat any access to their ports on the Black Sea. lol

They should deny Kerrys sailboat any access to their ports on the Black Sea. lol Yes, and they should have that picture of Kerry windsurfing - the picture that made Obama on his bike look 'manly'... the yellow shorts ones.. That Kerry picture should be put on their 'no sailing on the Black Sea' posters. LOL

Easy to admire a leader that works on behalf of his country’s interests and power. One that sees the West decaying and dying, in a cesspool of depravity and homosex, and enacts measures that ensure his country’s long-term survival. No surprise at all.
