BOOM!
Gowdy’s in the Room!
He’d better be the next Speaker of the House.
Cantor is useless and a wimp.

We must start prosecuting these bastards right up to the top and not let up until we get them all and we devastate them financially where they are fighting in a supermarket parking lot for refundable bottles and cans and a cart to put them in.What a great word picture==thanks.
And you absolutely right.

There was a carpenter on Levin today....he sounded awful, like he was about to cry. He said the illegals have taken all the work and he can no longer do what he loves.
The absolute outrage is that this is intentional - by the people paid to look out for us.

Cruz-Gowdy 2016!

I would pay hard cash to see either of them eviscerate Joe Biden in a debate.

from http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/contempt_of_congress :
Contempt of Congress is defined in statute, 2 U.S.C.A. § 192, enacted in 1938, which states that any person who is summoned before Congress who “willfully makes default, or who, having appeared, refuses to answer any question pertinent to the question under inquiry” shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a maximum $1,000 fine and 12 month imprisonment.

Kinda likin’ that “12 month imprisonment” part!

LOCKER UP - THAT'LL LERNER!
To: Mamzelle
Let's see how he shakes out with amnesty. I suspect he's got Lindsey Graham disease. He has not come out strongly against amnesty, and has made noises that support Boehner on this. Anytime, Trey--make your position clear. Remember
Bob Inglis.
Since I live in Gowdy's district and is my Rep, I recognize you've borrowed your talking points on this subject from the Democrats. No conservative I know in this area despises Trey Gowdy as do many "conservatives" who come out of the woodwork and post on FR Gowdy threads.
To: bkopto
Well, being attorney general is a fine goal to work toward but when you get there do you actually know HOW to “Gowdy”?
To: smoothsailing
Good. If they actually do it.
Not holding my breath. A lot of wind. A lot of thunder.
Very little rain.

Well said, and so true.
Quite frankly, I wouldn’t have paid much attention to this article had it been quoting someone else. But since it’s Trey Gowdy it caught my eye. I’ve never gotten the impression that he’s a typical smoke blowing politician.
To: smoothsailing
He’s not. From what I’ve seen from him, he’s the real deal.
However, he’s still gotta wade through the crap thrown up by the rest of them. Therein lies the rub...
