They need to issue a subpoena with a drop dead date and a promise of jail time for failing to meet that date.

The hard drive was probably “cleaned” and the data shredded long ago by one of 0’s sweep teams...

But Trey Gowdy simply GRILLED this guy!!! Yeah, but how far has the football been moved down the field? Lois Lerner is still walking around with her nose in the air while the IRS Commissioner tells Gowdy that it will years to compile her emails.
Issa is a joke.
Enough with the Kabuki theater.

I saw some of this on TV the other day - they guy's an arrogant jerk. Our ‘public servants’ are such disappointments... We need to tear down their grandiose buildings and put them in normal office buildings... they're not worthy...

Koskinen was obviously outgunned and on the defensive using standard denial techniques while he backpedaled. Obviously out of practice as a “rea” attorney. Gowdy had him on the ropes and wasn’t backing down. I sure wouldn’t want him grilling me on the stand.
While Koskinen may not have specific knowledge of whats on those mails he was clearly in client protection mode. “Years” to get those emails? Sheez give any computer nerd access to the hard drive and they’ll have them downloaded within the day. Probably would’t take that long to filter the personal info on taxpayers out by using search filters.

They need to issue a subpoena with a drop dead date and a promise of jail time for failing to meet that date. Exactly! Why hasn't Issa done this? Why hasn't Lois Lerner been granted immunity or held in contempt? Why is this "investigation" being allowed to drone on and on? Why doesn't Boehner appoint a special prosecutor?
It is quite obvious that Boehner and Issa do not want to do anything.
It is painful for me to see the lack of character and integrity that is continually on display by our elected Republican officials.

Please make this guy Speaker of the House. Gowdy should walk out of that hearing room and go to the nearest public microphone and explain why this IRS investigation is being stonewalled with Republican complicity. But he doesn't do that because he is part of this "show" trial.
Gowdy, by the way, is also pro-Amnesty.
And you want this guy for Speaker?

“They need to issue a subpoena with a drop dead date and a promise of jail time for failing to meet that date.”
The problem is who is going to enforce it? Holder? Who is available to put the person in jail?
