In other words, the uninsured are not rushing to get insured. Wasn't getting the "uninsured" insured one of the big reasons for passing this law?
The biggest news is that "the uninsured" are OK with it. Again, how do you explain this Kaiser Poll via TIME? Please read:
"The Kaiser poll, conducted March 11-17, also found that 50% of uninsured adults plan to remain without health coverage, despite the law’s new exchanges and federal subsidies to reduce the cost of premiums.
Two-thirds of the uninsured are aware Americans must have insurance or pay fines, while just 57% realize the law provides the subsidies, according to the poll."
Translation: Some people in the US just don't care! Sorry for being harsh but we've been bombarded by ObamaCare ads, speeches and news coverage.

I thought Obamacare was free? As it turns out, you can keep your “free” Obamacare.
There never was a reason to pass ObamaCare. Else, why for my entire life was I paying into Medicare and Medicaid?

My lib in law freaked out the other night when I asserted just what you posted.
She’s still of the opinion that it was INTENDED to “help people”, and supporting it makes her a good person.
I have no idea where my doctor got the figures but he told me a couple of weeks ago that 90 something percent of the people who signed up in California didn’t make their 2nd payment.
Tell them that if this 2200 page law was intended to work, it was crafted by fools and idiots, simply for the fact the internal inconsistencies were not resolved.
Additionally, the same is true of the programmers, given their inability to write an application over a 4 year period, that:
1) Works on the front end, such that you’re able to complete your application,
and
2) Closes on the back end, such that the gov’t, the insurer, the Doctor, and the patient are able to confirm that you have PAID, and are indeed COVERED!!!
It has been ben shown in previous studies that about 16-20 million people are always uninsured because for one reason or another they want to be. So Obamacare is not going to get them to sign up.

What Obama is doing is applying the brakes because they can’t have the law do it’s evil on too many people all at once.
Boil the frog slowly. Medicare for all will be here within 10 years.

Sure Obama and Pelosi and the other Serial Liars were doing their song and dance that ObamaCare would provide universal care for everyone and the price would go down and would keep your doctor, B.S. B.S., B.S., etc.
Fact is ObamaCare is a fraud, and there's not a damn thing about it that isn't going to burden We The People.
Cost will necessarily skyrocket, access to care will be limited and require running a government bureaucratic maze. There will be death panels. Freedoms will be increasingly curtained in the future rationalized by their cost health-wise to "the government". There is virtually an endless list of negative aspects to ObamaCare.
A few felons, illegals, and ACORN Re-treads will score gigs as Navigators, but the only people wo actually benefit are the power/control commie freaks in government.
