It just occurred to me why the Court decided the way it did. They want to move everyone into the cities per Agenda 21. making horses uninsurable is certainly one way to do that.

Good to see that there are so many horse people on this board.

My own contribution is that it works quite well to simply treat a horse like a horse. They are not big dogs.

I have always had good relationships with the horses I rode and treasure the memories of our times together. Boston in particular. We understood each other at unusual levels.

Over the years I have found that horses are quiet animals as opposed to humans who are quite loud. I speak with the horses quietly and most of them seemed to react very well to that. I have always been able to train a horse to respond to conversational level commands as that is their level of communication. Quiet.

The other points I can mention is that horses which are always stabled seem to develop personality problems over time and it is best to keep them in the field doing what God designed them to do.

Basically, I love horses and they love me. I hope we will have them in Heaven as I think they are a gift from God.

Geez, I miss riding and hanging out with the them, having lunch on a blanket while they eat grass beside me. Ridng bareback through the forests.

This ought to be interesting. Charla Nash, the woman who got her face literally ripped off by a chimpanzee in Stamford, is trying to sue The State of Connecticut. The allegation is that the state knew the animal was dangerous, and failed to act upon that information, prior to her disfigurement. This ruling seems to be highly detrimental, to the state, should the suit proceed.
