John Boehner and Eric Cantor are Committing Political Suicide; Details Here:
tpnn.com ^ | 3/29/14 | Jennifer Burke

Posted on 03/30/2014 8:03:04 AM PDT by cotton1706

Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner is offering his support to a PAC whose mission is to destroy the Tea Party and other conservatives within the Republican Party. Joining him in this effort are Eric Cantor and 26 other members of the GOP. These Republican leaders will attend a swanky $5,000 per person event at the Ritz Carlton at Amelia Island in Florida.

The PAC in question is the Republican Main Street Partnership PAC founded by RINO Leader Steve LaTourette from Boehner’s state of Ohio. The PAC claims that it seeks party unity and has the following as its mission statement. This PAC also has as an affiliated PAC the Defending Main Street PAC.

To make Washington work again, we need more – not fewer – elected officials who are willing to put partisan politics aside to work for the greater good. That’s where the Republican Main Street PAC comes in – we support Republican candidates who are committed to governing and to making Washington work again.

However, for this group, party unity means nothing when it comes to staunch conservatives or others directly affiliated with the Tea Party movement within the Republican Party. In that case, the Main Street PAC sides with the left in seeking to attack and destroy such individuals.

Notice within their description of ‘what we do’ they very specifically state that they are working for the ‘greater good’. Those words and that ideology, the ‘greater good,’ are not only code words for Progressivism; they are as well for Communism.

In addition, one of the main donors for this supposed right of center PAC are Democrat-controlled labor unions. So, in cozying up with their buddies at Main Street PAC, Boehner, Cantor, and the other 26 Republicans are aligning themselves with labor unions and communist sympathizers.

If Conservatives are unwilling to actively vote against these traitors in the primary and even vote for the dem if they fail to beat them in the primary, then nothing will ever change.

A Progressive Traitor that has an (R) by his name is not better than any dem, he is worse.

Voting for a Progressive RINO is the same as voting for any other Tyrant.

The RINOs are the right wing of the “Government Party”.

“Cantor, what happened to you?”

The Chamber of Amnesty wrote him a check.

“Do GOP “moderates” have any reliable base?”

They don’t need one, the money is too good from their corporate masters. Hell, they don’t even want to govern anyway.

if no one else (i.e. the country) has to suffer..

You seem to suffer the delusion that Progressive republicans are less harmful than democrats. Replacing a Progressive Republican in a leadership position with a less powerful democrat is only common sense.

Four leadership traitors can be replaced without losing the majority, if we fail to see that, then what is the purpose of this forum?

And if that means voting for their DemocRAT opponent, then so be it. We must destroy the malignant cells known as incumbent RINOs that are destroying the Republican Party.

Absolutely necessary, but a hard sell.

I would even go so far as to have the TEA party House members change their party affiliation to independent in order to bring Boehner to heel.

Taking a page from Alinsky, as well as from the 60s radical leftists in this country, I say, “Name them and shame them.”

Where feasible, publicly name them as RINOs and make them squirm.

It’s now to the point that we must remove them from office...BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY. And if that means voting for their DemocRAT opponent, then so be it.

Exactly. That is the only way to stop this madness. OR, Conservatives form THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY of AMERICA and keep the RINOs out of power for years.

Chamber of Amnesty

Perfect description of what has compromised these traitors.

The Tea Party was quite effective in the Texas primaries.

That’s true, but, we couldn’t pull off a win in the race that was the “biggie”. John Cornhole won in a field of 8 without a run-off.

What a disappointment Sean Duffy has turned out to be!

Yeah. I was shocked to see his name on the list. They got to him quickly. He needs to be defeated in November.

All “yankees” except for one Cuban.

I don’t think Virginia (Cantor’s home state) is considered “Yankee”. They were part of the Confederacy during the Civil War. Have you heard Cantor’s Southern twang lately?

Oh, hell yeah! How come no one has thought of that before now! But, I’m thinking it might be difficult to get someone in the Tea Party caucus to spearhead the move. Maybe Michele Bachmann.

Yes, true. But that Virginia died when the federal behemoth really got rolling these past 50 years, and especially this last 15 years. Northern Virginia is the new Maryland, which, incidentally, was once considered a Southern state. I know there are still true Virginian Southerners, but they are being overwhelmed with Yankee carpetbaggers.

I used to live in Arlington, when I was at the Pentagon, in the late 80s, and even then that part of Virginia was growing by leaps and bounds, from Stafford to Leesburg, and all the way out Warrenton, with all three locations considered “Redneckville” only a few years before.

I left in 1991 to go overseas, and haven’t been back since. I wonder how much bigger it is...

Well they're just getting along to get along as some might say....but IMO they are all in the same boat, each playing with their hand of cards among themselves. It's their game....we're just the chips on the table.
