Liberals can not be embarrassed. They will instantly re-write their memories to erase anything that could be considered embarrassing if it had actually happened. If it’s shown to her in the official record she’ll say that’s not what she meant. Meanwhile, she’ll find a different excuse to rule however it “feels” right to rule.

Why is Kagan even allowed to sit in judgment over a law she helped write?

The closest that anyone can come to any provision for birth control or abortifacient drugs is in the vague phrase, “as the Secretary shall direct”.
WAY too much power is vested in that short clause.

Kagan, like Obama, is protected from self-embarrassment by profound ignorance and arrogance.

Kagan is just a two way pipe connecting the White Hut to SCOTUS.
She has no intellectual nor legal integrity.

Did Justice Kagan embarrass herself during the Hobby Lobby oral arguments? Did she forget to put her Depends on?

Oh, she promised to be fair. We can trust her because she’s a Judge, you know. Judges are the must upstanding people in the world, just ask them and they’ll tell you.

I thought so....Apples and oranges....and in every case, the patient had the right to receive or stop treatment. Not an insurance matter at all.

kagan embarrassed her self by allowing her self to be appointed to the supreme court.

No, she is a constant embarrassment. How she ever got to the Supreme Court is beyond any rational and intelligent reasoning.

But . . . but she wasn’t a judge when they put her on the court. What’s changed?

Amen to that. Kagan has to be the least qualified Justice of my lifetime.

Justice Kagan, in her writings, has been an embarrassment to the concept of judicial jurisprudence. I think she’d make a decent liberal senator from California though. If she wasn’t being one on the court.
