Alabama has a big gun rights group called “BamaCarry” on Facebook. Good group of open carry individuals.

The “AGR” (Alabama Gun Rights) group on the other hand is lead by a elitist (George) that thinks you should have to buy a permit to carry your guns in cars (like all the surrounding states have a right to do). So the BamaCarry group seems to be growing while the AGR group seems to be shrinking. Constitutional carry for all should be shouting from the rooftops along with the message of the One who gave us our rights to protect ourselves.

“They” cite the legality of ‘Self Protection’ but I still wonder how it would have played out if I had been in Ellis’ shoes....I am a VA CC but it is kind of ‘murky’ whether VA Permits are ‘allowed’ in AL.

ALL these states want all the other states to ‘recognize’ their same sex marriages, benefits packages etc. Based on their rules as to being Sovereign etc etc

States like VA etal should demand states like NY etal should recognize VA’s Sovereignty in the issuance of Concealed Carried Permits.

VA tried to pass a bill this year that would allow ALL permits from ALL states be recognized, with complete reciprocity....Our newly HATCHED all D top 3 Offices and D controlled Senate ‘tabled it’....

Of course that is no excuse for it not being ‘passed’ in any of the 4 years prior when it was all R in the above categories.

The new Clinton er McAuliffe admin has already tried to torpedo the concealed carry in automobiles but that also got ‘tabled’....
