No, IIRC, because she was too young at the time to transfer citizenship because Hawaii had just become a state, or some such.
She wasn’t old enough to confer citizenship. She had to be 19 when he was born. She was 18. He has to have been born on US soil. I don’t know where he was born and neither does anybody else outside his inner circle.
It's just like the word "marriage" and means whatever you want it to.
Or like the word "Red" in politics meant "Communist" and now means "Republican".
Or "Gay" now means "homosexual" (but you can't say "homosexual" any more).
You also won't hear many self-identify as "Communist" now.
That word was changed to "liberal" for a while, but now they call themselves "progressive".
It's tricky, but I find it's helpful to read Isaiah 9 substituting "America" for any references to "Israel" and my situational awareness and understanding improves.
