I doubt the plane could have gone that far..first they said that the plane was flying too fast so if it did crash it crashed further north, now they got this beacon, maybe it has nothing to do with the plane..meanwhile, CNN reports breaking news every time a cup is found, its considered a “Significant lead”

I’ve reached the point of total cynicism. I figure if they find anything it will now be something planted by the US Government in order to provide closure to this incident and help people move on and forget about terrorist invovlement: “Glad that’s over with.”

... It’s entirely possible that all of the debris that is being sighted that the world is all excited about .... may just turn out to be accumulated trash and debris that has either fallen or been dumped overboard over the years in open waters .... then caught caught up and gathered by ocean currents .... and nothing more than that.

It seems to me that as tumultuous as the Indian Ocean is reported to be...debris is probably scattered far and wide.

It’s also amazing the amount of debris that is floating in the ocean.

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has detected a distress signal in the southern Indian Ocean near Antarctica as the search for debris from Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 continues.

Maybe it’s a container with mac daddies ba**s inside.

They’re alive!

The bad news is they’ve lived on airline food for three weeks. The good news is they ran out.

Less than 500 miles from Antarctica with a distress call can’t be any sort of good news for the fishing boat. At best simply Dead in the water broke down issue. At worse some catastrophic failure causing it to take on water faster than it’s pumps can handle. Five hours before a plane can get there if they can even drop any gear that could help them. GOD be with them.

RE: The emergency beacon came from a fishing vessel and the nature of the distress call is unknown.

So, they know that the signal comes from a fishing vessel?

Well, that’s not MH370. By all means, rescue the fishing vessel but please don’t give us any false hopes.

Also, what’s a fishing vessel doing in the middle of the Indian Ocean?

Apparently, due to glowbull warming, the ocean is full of whirlpools due to opposing currents. This would suck up all of the debris and then some...

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the news media (and certain countries), are psychologically torturing the families of flight MH370.

After they do a trash survey of the entire Indian Ocean we will probably get a few documentaries about how plastic grocery bags in Texas are destroying the planet.
