I would expect that if the guy has any social media pages, or footprints on the internet, they’ll be under his “Booker” name. That would explain why the FBI is only releasing a partial name, since it seems apparent the authorities don’t want the public to know anything about this.

Most likely you are correct. Spent several hours looking and when was searching for photos of this POI was blocked or the photos were none to be found. Found plenty of names but ....
