7 million out of 320 million would represent 2.1875%. Now that is hardly something to celebrate. But take into account that these 7 million include people who are not actually signed up and paying, in addition to those who were forced to drop their old plans and sign up for this monstrosity, and the true number of people who have signed up could easily be anywhere from 0.3125% to barely 1%.

If Obiecare is constitutional as a tax but Obama himself argued during passage that it was not a tax, should this bill have to go back though the house?
I believe it should, but in the meantime they are implementing it and on the beast is out of the box.. well...
