When an expectant mother visits her doctor for an ultrasound, the doctor invariably asks: Do you want to know the sex of your child? The Obama administration, however, does not believe an unborn child has a sex — even when a doctor sees indisputable physical evidence.
Obama's Office of Personnel Management has published what it calls "Guidance Regarding the Employment of Transgender Individuals in the Workplace." This document speaks of "sex" as something a person has "assigned" to them only after they make it through the birth canal.
"Transgender individuals are people with a gender identity that is different from the sex assigned to them at birth," says the guidance. "Someone who was assigned the male sex at birth but who identifies as female is a transgender woman. Likewise, a person assigned the female sex at birth but who identifies as male is a transgender man."

One of my relatives worked for a company in France for a number of years-she was totally freaked out at first by the fact that many public restrooms were unisex. So, not a new thing, but still a special kind of stupid...

I’ve been known to go into the women’s restroom before — when the men’s was out of order and there was a lock on the door ... :-) ...

These people are incredibly dangerous to women and children. Beware of such people when they are in your proximity.
i did a remodel job on a grammer school for students kids at UCLA in the early 60s and there was one bathroom with no door it had no partitions and only toilets lined up on one wall and wash basins on the other.
It was for all students, the teacher and any visitors.
They have been pushing for this for 50 years or more.
This will stop when the first brave person tells the feds to shove it up their very smelly septic Obamaholes.

I like how their definition assumes that someone “assigned” these people a “gender” at birth.
It is ironic that so many “progressive” lovers of “settled science” are incapable of understanding the biological (biology being a science) FACT that when the chromosomes are xx the person IS female and when the chromosomes are xy then the person IS male. There is no “assigning” involved.
The only people who have any claim to ‘gender confusion’ are those unfortunate people with genuine genetic defects/mutations - xxy, xyy, etc. Anyone else who undergoes “gender reassignment” is doing nothing more than mutilating their body.

This is insane.
It is forcing irrationality on people-—removal of Reason and Natural Law from the “thinking” of the masses—to condition them into irrationality (Marxism) where there are no Natural Laws or Natural Rights from God....men and women are interchangeable—there is no male and female uniqueness-—all the same to strip aways all identity from the drones for State slavery.
The concept of “Individuality” and Truth and Natural Law is being destroyed by the homosexual movement.
Natural Law Theory is what created the Age of Reason (and Newton) and the USA. Can’t have Rational “thinkers” like the Founders who refuse to be Slaves for the State-—they want to reduce our children to non-rational, ignorant tribal-type “thinkers” who even can’t “see” the difference between male and female.
They are forced to accept Lies and misinformation which will be “normalized” .
What great news. That should make everyone’s day a happy day. Can federal male animals use both bathrooms?
If they use the stalls, no one will know what they are. Of course, a woman who identifies as a man might attract some attention if she/he uses a stand-up urinal.
And for the open shower room?
