He's right, the Kochs don't pay corporate taxes. And neither does Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and any other corporate officer or entity, regardless of political affiliation.
Corporations don't pay taxes. They merely pass the cost of doing business along to the consumer and serve as unpaid tax collectors.
