The Dems are really getting desperate to get those “illegal” votes so they can salvage the 2014 election!
More likely to just motivate Hispanics to get out and vote like they do in POTUS years 2008, 2012,..
Dems have trouble in midterms because their key voters stay home, and in 2014 many Senate Dems up for re-election are in Red states.
Nobama has for all intents and purposes done amnesty with his refusal to deport 96% of those caught.
Even he would have a hard time finding a way to EO doing amnesty officially and especially to give them voting rights. This is just more empty threats to divert attention from something more important to the dems.
