For the sixth annual installment of Miami Beach Gay Pride, the honor of Grand Marshal has been bestowed upon two extraordinary members of the entertainment industry. After selling 100 million albums worldwide, singer-songwriter, actress and entrepreneur Gloria Estefan will be joined by the acclaimed American film and television producer, director and choreographer Kenny Ortega, announced Joel Stedman, Chairman of the Pride Board. The Miami Beach Gay Pride parade and festival will take place Sunday, April 13, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. along Ocean Drive between 5th and 15th Streets.

Maybe every parade does not need to be “gay” but it seems that more and more “gays” need to parade.
This is the kind of thing that brings on violence. Eventually, people get enough and try to stop it the only way they can.

Just look at every tv program that runs in prime time, ripe with sex and viagra commercials. Even friggin’ sports events that kids watch have viagra crap on it.

I’d organize an entry to march at the end of the parade. Hazmat suits and backpack sprayers labeled “Bleach”. No signs, not chanting, just hose down the street behind them.

I agree. I love TV shows like Dexter, House of Cards, The Americans, etc, but the nudity and graphic sex on them mars them and is completely unnecessary. I watch them in spite of the offensive scenes because the shows are so well written. Don’t bother chastising me. I know I shouldn’t support them by watching them.

Absolutely right on that one! I remember one or two scenes at the most. Also an excellent show.
