A federal appeals court has overturned a lower court judge's ruling to postpone the execution of a convicted serial killer until the state could divulge the source of the lethal drugs that would be used to kill him. The execution will now proceed

Seems like a double standard to me
Critics have pointed to the execution in January of an Oklahoma prisoner who reportedly said he could feel his “whole body burning” as evidence.
I suppose that those little girls that he murdered felt really good while he was murdering them.
He needs to be slowly skinned alive with salt poured into each exposed flesh area as it is stripped and hopeful it takes a very, very, very long time.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
The manufacturers of lethal injection drugs have been threatened in the past by opponents to the death penalty.
The State of Texas agreed with the new supplier to not disclose their identity.
So.. tough toodles. We juice him anyway and to hell with the whiners.
the wild west is alive and well....no...not in Texas, they’re civilized....in places like DC and Detroit. and if your one of Holders peeps, you get a double secret get out of jail free, card.
Word is that monsters are insulted by that remark.

April may be a good month for the Texas Prison system as there are three executions scheduled.

Summary of Incident
On 12/31/1999, Sells entered a Del Rio residence occupied by a 13 year old white female
and a 10 year old white female. Sells entered the residence with intent to sexually assault
the 13 year old. Sells slashed her throat and stabbed her multiple times, resulting in her
death. Sells then slashed the throat of the 10 year old. The 10 year old survived the attack.

Summary of Incident
On 10/15/1997, during the nighttime, in Kerrville, Texas, Hernandez was working as a hired hand for a 49-year old white male. Hernandez broke into the victim’s residence and beat the him to death with a metal bar. Hernandez then tied up the victim’s wife and raped her repeatedly.

Summary of Incident
On 1/22/2001, Villegas fatally stabbed three victims. A 24 year old Hispanic female was
stabbed 32 times. Her 3 year old Hispanic male son was stabbed 19 times and her
51 year old Hispanic mother was stabbed 35 times. Villegas took the television and
a vehicle from the home.
