I posted a job for a marketing person for my small company and had 147 highly qualified people apply for it.

Does anyone know how to find or determine vacancy rates for retail, office, and industrial properties?

Everywhere I go, the vancancies of these properties seems to be at a very high level, way more than 6.7%

Aren't their numbers almost always revised later on?

The revised numbers will be just as fake, too.

If Obama gets there before the midterms he and his capon media will be doing victory laps.

Son had a JD and an MBA. That might have been a strike against him because he was viewed as being overqualified for MBA type jobs. He was getting ready to throw in the towel on finding an attorney’s job and just go back to school for a CPA degree. With his business and finance courses, getting a CPA would have taken him another year or so.

He said the market for CPA’s is still pretty good.

PTL he got his foot in the door with a law firm.

Best wishes for finding a job or in your future educational pursuits.
