The White House requested valuable primetime coverage for an impromptu Tuesday night address to brag about Obamacare “enrollments” passing the 7 million mark, according to a new report.
However, President Barack Obama was denied.
“Three sources familiar with the request confirmed the White House asked for the prime time slot in their effort both to emphasize a bright moment following the challenging roll out and, more important, to try to reintroduce the country to a law that remains unpopular,” BuzzFeed’s Evan McMorris-Santoro reports.

All Obama has to do is line up some sponsors primetime $$$$ to pay the network for time to broadcast his lies. How hard is that be?

My take on this: Obama really didn’t want this, and he was willing to say he did, just so the networks could appear to be nor kissing his ass.
Why would Obama care when it is the law, the Supreme Court pronounced it golden, and Obama is not up for election again?

He still might make them an offer they can’t refuse, Mafia style. Obama is cooking the books, not mentioning what proportion of the people who enrolled had LOST their heath care plans because of Obama. He is a sociopath without shame.

Obama’s prime time “gimmick” (jumping the shark?) to crow about his “achievements” is what all dictators do to keep their fan’s in line and still believing he is not a liar. Why anyone would trust him to tell the truth about of all things...numbers? is a mystery to me.

He still needs to rally his islamist and islamist-sympathizer base.
I believe this was calculated. They gave a huge amount of positive presence during the day and never ending help in the nightly news shows. Whether it be positive stories or the omission of the many, many negative ones. If they gave the little creep his prime time show it would be nearly impossible to claim impartiality and have any credibility at all going forward. For example that useful idiot Rachael Ray was gushing all over Biden and saying Obamacare stepped in and saved her brother. Rachael Ray is worth over 60 Million dollars so we why do we have to pay for her brothers insurance? Sadly, this crap seems to work with women.
Quite a reversal, considering that (IIRC) a couple of the networks gave Obamacare an hour long time slot a couple of times in the days leading up to the vote on it.
That sums up Obamacare.
When the FCC gets finished with them, they will not be so hasty next time.
