My guess is that this outrage was MANUFACTURED by the company. How?
First create the campaign. Then release it on a limited budget to save money. Then get 'bots' (either company employees or hire companies with fake twitter and Facebook accounts) to post 'negative' comments to create controversy.
This will send people to Honey Maid's Facebook page, or website, or You Tube video, and with out costing them a cent, they will have people come to them to view their ad.
Of course, the 'regular' people, i.e., dopes and dupes, will fall over themselves to show how much more 'tolerant' they are than you and me, and repost. Maybe someone, heck-definitely-someone leaks this to the media, and ...
For mere pennies, you get a multimillion dollar ad campaign.

I have tried to be as objective about it as possible.
Long before our modern breed of “gays” came prancing and flaming on the scene, Christendom dropped the ball on normal sexual purity. Divorce statistics bear this out, if I understand them correctly.
This made room for worse abuses which became obvious. Most swingers didn’t flame. These sad souls do.
Some might be saved. But Christendom needs to get back to its fundamental knitting. If there ever was a time for it to be a self righteousness club, that time is gone. The mask is off. Salvation by grace gift accepted by faith is all that makes sense to save a church that knows it is looking ugly and can’t save itself. What was obvious to Martin Luther is now obvious to everybody.
I believe the church failed concerning divorce and out-of-wedlock births. A little late to be championing the sanctity of marriage.

You are so right, sad to say. I think a lot of the acceptance is a result of very clever marketing strategies. Look at all of the TV shows that have featured perverted characters. In addition, shows like “Good Morning, America” have been touting the homosexualist lifestyle for years.
Maybe people aren’t saying anything now...but we’ll see in a few months if sales actually will drop.
