You could have posted a direct link to Iowahawk’s excellent tweets, but you chose to just post a link to twitter’s main page, which requires a log in to get past.
Pretty unkind to those of us who refuse to sign up for twitter accounts.
I totally agree .. I will not sign up for Facebook OR TWITTER .. because my personal address has been under attack ever since my mother passed away, and Twitter is for gossiping .. sorry .. don’t have time for that foolishness.
I’d rather pay for Norton Anti-Virus (where I’ve never had a virus or malware placed on my computer - since 1995), along with LifeLock, which saved my bank account from being pilfered. Both companies have saved me from being attacked several times.
I don’t use Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Pinterest, Insta-stupid, or any other such media.
I had two programs and and one of them is very well known. The other maybe not so much. But my computer was getting almost impossible to use. It would slow to a crawl and I would literally have to turn it off and begin again several times a day depending on how long I was using it. One program showed a pesky small time problem which it continued to remove, but not isolate. The other program, the one that was well known, was telling that there were no problems.
Long story short, I installed Norton and it showed 4 minor infections and 21 TROJAN INFECTIONS!
Since then, my computer has been running fine. I just wonder how much of our information was compromised with the other anti-virus programs.
Needless to add, I uninstalled the two useless programs.
That is nothing short of brilliant! (And yes, I did uninstall Mozilla.)
Amen to that, nor Facebook either.
It makes smart people appear stupid and clever people boring.

One of the founders of Facebook has publicly laughed at the idea of privacy as something worth protecting. His quote, if you don’t want somebody seeing what you’re doing, then you’re probably doing something you shouldn’t
be doing anyway. I’ll bet you his home is fully monitored with private cameras and you need private codes to enter his work areas as well.
Well .. my son is a computer geek (own business); he was not happy with me when I insisted on Norton .. several years later, he had to admit I had made the best choice.
Thank you. It bolsters my confidence in having chosen Norton after my experience with other systems.

Let us not forget that the C.I.A. admitted that THEY were the ones to devise Facebook!

Thank goodness for my Norton Anti-Virus.
On 4/4 and 4/9 Norton captured someone trying to infiltrate my computer. I was actually online when the 4/9 attempt was made. My computer was jumping all around .. and when I closed the link I was looking at (my email), there was a box around a document I have on my desktop - “Voter Fraud”. I opened the document and it started erasing the first line of the document. I closed the document and saved it “with no changes to the document” (and it’s fine).
I immediately shut down my computer. Then, I went to Norton and did a scan and that’s where I found the markings showing somebody had been trying to attack my computer. Actually, Norton had stopped the first one (but I just happened to be on the computer when the second one came). When I looked over the mostly list of “cookies” - I saw something I had never seen before: “@liveperson.net/hc/4871802”
I went on a search for liveperson.net and discovered Norton had inserted a document on the web about these people. Evidently, they may be legit as a company. What they do is handle customer service for big companies. However, trying to break into my computer is not what I would call “customer service”.
I’m so glad I have Norton .. otherwise, they could have wiped my computer clean. I am not happy about this .. and I intend to notify Norton so they can add my comment to their internet message.
I don’t think you know how Facebook and Twitter work. In both cases, you decide what you want to see.
