U.S. issues fresh warning to Russia over turmoil in Ukraine

The Obama administration Monday accused Russia of promoting separatist agitation in eastern Ukraine and threatened to step up economic sanctions on Moscow unless it reverses course. --snip--

Doesn’t do much good having a warm water port in the Crimea if you don’t have a land corridor to get stuff to and from there.
