Lawyers say Ms. Lerner and her legal team may have stumbled on several occasions, including by initially professing her innocence but refusing to talk to Congress last year, then agreeing to provide information to the Justice Department without any promise of immunity, and then refusing yet again to talk to House investigators about the same subject.

She’s probably afraid of getting a dart in the neck and having a heart attack or driving into a traffic light at 80 miles an hour or more or getting onto a flight and getting lost at sea. I bet there have been a lot of burn notices served during this administration. Enough to ensure that the assasins aren’t around long enough to go turncoat on him.
She should be charged with treason.
Let ordinary ‘Joe Citizen’ put on the charade that Lerner has been doing and watch for the Constitutional termites to come to the door. Ms. Learner should go down in the history books as a epic example of government infidelity. At least 50% of the electorate view such behavior as acceptable. There is no longer any such thing as shame which I think Eisenhower applied to Senator McCarthy who was later proven to be on the correct path.

Issa seems to be just the sort of compromised Republican that the Dems like to have heading that committee.
May be her lawyers were smart enough to realized that Congress doesn’t have the guts to do anything about it.
I think this is what’s known as the perfect crime,The President appoints crooks to all the law enforcement agencies,then breaks laws at will,who is going to prosecute,especially when you have the media in the bag and reports none of it. Total corruption,institutionalized
