Read that whole thread objectively and then try and make that case.
They were paying rent to use something they did not own, they stopped paying rent in 1993 and deliberately escalated it to now. If they had simply continued to pay rent like other ranchers have we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

Wrong they were NOT Paying Rent. They were paying a fee to BLM for help in managing the land.
Their Grazing Rights predates the BLM's claim by over a 100 years.
