The video, posted using the Vine phone app, captures a boy who looks no more than two-years-old being handed the cigarette in a bathroom.
Completely oblivious to what is happening, he inhales the rolled-up cigarette and exhales smoke.
At least one man's voice can be heard laughing and shouting: "He's smoking it!"
It is not known if the adult involved is a relative of the boy or not.
The appalling video, believed to have been taken in the US, has been widely shared on social networks with many asking if the police should be made aware.

Theres a corollary here.
When guns are used to, say, shoot up an elementary school, the antis come out and talk about the evil gun.
So here we an (alleged) adult doing something unconscionable (having a toddler smoke a joint) and the antis come out talk about the evil weed.
Its the people, not the thing.
But maybe if we outlaw the thing, the people wont do bad anymore. (yea, right).
flamesuit ON.
Now for clarification I'm usually the last one to take this side of an issue, but I think you have a point...
Imagine the kid were being given a drink of alcohol instead. I'll bet you mind immediately jumps in that scenario to: “what is wrong with the parents,” not “we need to ban alcohol.”
You didn’t get the memo? Cannabis is all about the Soros boogeyman now. You aren’t a REAL conservative because.... SOROS!!!!!!
Also, its not libtard logic when good, god fearing, merican Conservatives do it.
