Yup. Our unelected, unaccountable government agencies have been taken over by politicized, militarized environmental fascists who, aided and abetted by unaccountable black robed progressive rulers, have devised plans to reduce the people who settled and worked the land to the status of second class citizens, depriving them of their God-given rights and ultimately driving them off the land.

These unelected, unaccountable agencies and judges now serve a higher master. The un-American Marxist/progressive movement. People like Obama/Reid/Pelosi have designs for the land and ultimately for all of us. They’re using environmentalism and junk science and corrupt politicians and judges to subvert the Constitution, destroy free-enterprise and insert themselves as controllers and rulers. Can’t have ordinary people deciding what’s best for themselves, their families, their communities, their states or even their countries. The progressive Marxist movement controls all.

The proof is in the pudding. They’ve driven off the miners, loggers, drillers, ranchers, manufacturers, even recreational users from the land they wish to use for their higher purposes—which at this time appears to be “green energy,” Obama has even announced his intentions of bankrupting the entire coal, gas and oil industries.

And as always, the all powerful become powerfully corrupt.

Bundy saw this happening early on and decided to stand his ground. He is standing tall for liberty!

Remember, all kinds of things were “illegal” when the fascists ruled Germany. The government could take your land, your business, even your life for just about any reason whatsoever and they were backed to the hilt by the “law” and the judges.

Can’t happen here. We have a constitution with checks and balances.

Well, it has.

It can happen here. You are right.

And it happens to each and every one of us. I wrote my annual big check to the Fed this morning and will mail it here shortly. It is a money transfer that is in defiance of what the Founders felt was the freedom method for financing a small government.

The Founders wrote in Article I: ...direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons...

IOW, a state with 3 times the population of State X had to end up paying 3 times the tax as the lesser populated State X. (The only functional way to have done that would have been to establish an amount of money to be raised and then to assign each state their share of it.)

Since larger states had more voting representatives in congress, this prevented MAJORITIES in Congress from robbing others blind to benefit their own needs. It says to me that the Founders were leery of poverty crowding into cities and outvoting lesser populated but more industrious regions. (Review a red/blue map by county of the USA, and notice that the blue is clustered in highly populated areas.)

Indirect taxes which are consumption taxes (sales taxes), on the other hand, are under the control of each individual citizen. You buy more, then you pay more. It's fair.

A direct tax becomes a money transfer scheme from the better off to the less well off. It's happening before our very eyes and demonstrating to us the wisdom of the Founders.

And it plays into the hands of the socialists and corporatists who use class warfare and elitism to take our money and use it to enhance their power by buying off constituencies and/or enriching themselves.

Those elites and those entitlement voters make possible the rule of a "dictatorship over the non-elites"....over us.

Here's the sad part, America. In the same way as generational welfare conditions those in it to believe that this is the way life is supposed to be, so having our children raised in a culture with a "dictatorship over the non elites" conditions them to accept that as normal.

See how effectively just two decades of homosexual propaganda has turned the thinking of average America to where it accepts this death-bringing behavior as "normal".

We worry all the time about leaving our children with this massive debt.

Far worse than that will be our leaving them on the road to serfdom, and if we don't fight against it, then we're affirming that it's just normal living, the way things are supposed to be.

At first Joseph protected his relatives, the Israelites, in Egypt. Eventually, though, a king rose who didn't remember Joseph. And those Hebrews ended up in slavery. They naturally grew right into it.

Fact is ... it happened here a long time ago. Long before Bundy. Long before Obama. So what’s different about this Obama-Reid-BLM-Bundy scenario?

Remember the long train of abuses about which the FF wrote? In 2014, that train is a tsunami that has been steadily building from tremors and small quakes: Terri Schindler Schaivo, Elian Gonzales, Ruby Ridge, Waco, no-knock LEO home invasions, drone surveillance, NSA spying & data collection, Obamacare, DOJ refusal to enforce Congressional law, institutional elections corruption and voter fraud [insert your own blood-boiling abuse of power].

We told them on 9/12/2009 that, “We came unarmed. This time!” And true to their word, the People went armed to Bunkerville. When you intend to slay the giant, any rock will do. Bundy isn’t even a particulary ememplary rock. So ne it. It’s not the rock that matters. It’s the giant going down.

(Mixed metaphors aside.)
