Given that cowpies delivered across the desert by cattle, promote turtle pop growth, one would expect that the BLM would pay Cliven Bundy to run his cattle across the local BLM allotments.

Yup, seems tome that cowpies would draw in a lot of bugs for the poor turtles to munch on.
