I've been a GOP insurgent for 50 years. And I'm not done yet.
he GOP has been hijacked. Thats right, hijacked. Over the past 100 years, an elite progressive minority has taken the Republican Party far afield from its conservative platform and the interests and values of its grassroots conservative base.
Ill admit that, in the aftermath of the disappointments of the 2012 elections, conservatives like me are angry.
We are angry at being blamed for Mitt Romneys defeat, when we argued from the beginning that he was a Big Government establishment politician and that if he ran a content-free campaign, he would lose.
We are angry at the disrespect shown to limited-government constitutional conservatives who were delegates to the 2012 Republican National Convention. We are angrier still when members of Congress, whom we elected, and who want to use the democratic process to push policies based on conservative principles, are told to get their ass in line by Speaker of the House John Boehner, and to go along with the Republican Party leaderships betrayal of conservative principlesor else.
Its time for conservatives to channel that anger. Its time to take our party back.

Stanton Evans was on Mark Levin about a year ago and it was a glimmer of hope. He denoted basically, Liberals are not Reproducing and that if the GOP reaches out with their conservative principles to the families that are having kids, ( Hispanics especially ) and get them to embrace our ideas, the DNC will be regulated to the dust-heap of history by Demographics alone. The Stupid Party will flub it up as they have IMHO nothing in regards to Mr Evan's suggestion.
FWIW, Mark seemed to speak to him with a great deal of reverence as a silent giant in the Conservative Movement that he listens too.
I bet Boehner, Cantor, McConnell would listen to him at all...
It starts at the ballot box.
I can’t recall any time in political history whereby an established political party hijacked by those who changed the original direction of the party to fit their needs or whims, ever was turned back to the original founding theology.
