No. God used the saint. There is no mere opinion. The negative protection of the Holy Spirit is involved.

That’s already happened. Peter (the first pope) healed with his shadow. No loves were multiplied even by Christ. Read the text closely and you’ll see that everyone was fed from the same loaves and fishes. They were not multiplied. They simply were not used up. Maybe you should read about the miracle of the sun at Fatima while you’re at it.

It is an opinion that the saint was used. No one knows if the saint heard, did anything, or if God chose a different path. All is assumed by a voting committee.

Peter was used to perform miracles. Obviously we disagree that he was the first pope. Today? None of what I listed.
