Ninety percent of plans sold in South Carolina qualify for a subsidy.

Seems to be a trend. Only about half have paid and the majority of them qualify for subsidies.

P.S. That means exactly what we said would happen; that Obamacare would just become another government welfare program.

"I think the truer number is the 67,846 because they have actually picked a plan and paid their premium. They are actually insured," said S.C. Insurance Director Ray Farmer. Mr. Farmer has hit the nail on the head.
The word enrollment has become very distorted, kinda like the word racist. Prior to nobamacare, enrolled meant you had completed all the paperwork, paid the first premium amount and had gotten the official okey dokey from the insurance co.
Now, you can spend 15 minutes at healthcare.gov and you're considered enrolled. BS!
Okay nobama, lets see the national number of those that "have actually picked a plan and paid their premium." Betcha it's less than 2 million.

Frankly, “how many have paid” isn’t even the right question. The real question is “how many will still be making their payments a year from now...”

Part of how “uninsured” was measured to get that 40+ thousand uninsured was to be uninsured during any time during the year.

Article is a little misleading..Missing parts to this stat.

I wonder how many people would have bought health insurance if Obamacare weren’t around. I also wonder how many newly insured people have the wrong policies, and will get dropped, and then there are those who haven’t paid. While wondering, there will be a lot of sticker shock when people wake up to the realities of their deductibles.
The media is in full swing to make Obamacare not seem as crappy as it is.
