Total bullshit. Most sushi restaurants here are “great” to “wonderful”. There is no “best” among all the hundreds of thousands of fantastic sushi restaurants here. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought being a chef meant your knew how to cook things. I have a difficult time getting my mind around the idea of someone who prepares raw fish as a chef.
