This report doesn't detail where the fourth graders got the dope, but I heard this morning that the pot-laden cookies came from grandma and grandpa's stash.

Pathetic. What a perverted world.

These kids are simply going to have to learn that selling pot is a bad thing unless you are the State Government.

Fourth graders collecting revenue for the leftist politicians in Colorado. Cool!

I'm waiting to see what happens when the first tobacco user gets cited for coping a smoke with a cig designed to look like a weed joint.

The inmates are, indeed, running the asylum.

Hey…some states don’t care what happens to their citizens as long as the state is getting tax revenue. One day in the future, it will become obvious that this was very short-sighted.

My question: if it is truly the case, as it seems to be that pot consumption has been legalized in CO, why would school “officials” care? I would think the school officials could consume pot, no?

Apparently they were competing with the state licensed vending machine operators.

It also doesn't say where any 4th graders would get the money to buy pot from them. 4th graders should be scraping together money just to afford a candy bar.

RE :”4th Grade Student Caught Selling Pot At School in Colorado”

I heard this story today, pretty inevitable that this would happen in CO.

I thought of the irony of all those stories of kids being suspended from school for playing with imaginary or miniature (GI Joe sized) guns.

Probably longer than these young dealers will get.

They must of heard how Obama and Holder are letting drug dealers out of jail.

And martinis in the cafeteria for the kid’s lunch. It’s legal, why not?

They were arrested and charged with unauthorized capitalism and engaging in free enterprise.

Same things going on all over the Country. Teacher taking a grade schooler into the office and asking them if they have something on them they shouldn't; they give up small corner plastic bags of pot every time. Call parents and try to impress on the child they will be known by the company they keep and that people will remember their bad choices forever.

Folks it's everywhere and shouldn't be legal.

$11 profit?
His sad the kid is such a poor business man, he steels the pot and that’s all he makes.
(The article says he got it from his grandparents, without their permission)

Well, pot has been legalized for adults, not children. Just as children with alcohol in school would be in trouble, children in school with pot are also in trouble.

Aw, but the consumption of alchohol by minors is illegal! Is there an age limit on the consumption of pot? I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere. After all.........stoned kids are compliant kids!
