The mother of an autistic 17-year-old Stafford County girl who was sexually assaulted Saturday has been accused of helping the teen’s attacker try to leave the country, court records show.
Hamad Mastour Alsuwat, 20, was arrested Sunday at Dulles International Airport as he was boarding a plane bound for his native Saudi Arabia, police said.
He is charged in Stafford with object sexual penetration, a felony that carries a potential life sentence.
The victim’s mother, who is not being named to protect the victim’s identity, was arrested Sunday on a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice.
According to an affidavit for a search warrant filed in Stafford Circuit Court by Detective Tim Covington, the mother helped Alsuwat pack to leave the country while knowing that he was being investigated for the sexual assault of her daughter.

The husband told Covington that his wife had been standing up for Alsuwat since November, when he caught his wife and Alsuwat in the shed engaged in a sex act.
The man said he had been trying to get Alsuwat out of his home, but his wife wanted him to stay. It had been an ongoing issue prior to Saturday, the affidavit states.

I suspect the victim’s family are also Saudis. The perp might even be a relative.
Is the family Muslim or not? I ask in the interest of tolerance. If the girl isn’t Muslim, her rape should be counted as an act of righteous jihad on the part of the young man. If the girl is a Muslim, she and her mother should be stoned to death in public for defiling the young man.
These matters can be confusing for Western infidels, but rest assured that Democrats are enlightened beings who are striving to bring the enlightenment of Islam to all of us.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of Hamad Mastour Alsuwat, age 20, currently of Stafford County on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Alsuwat is charged with 1 Count Object Sexual Penetration.
On Saturday, April 19, 2014 Stafford Deputy Thomas Grasso responded to an address in Stafford County for a possible domestic disturbance. While investig...ating the domestic disturbance Deputy Grasso learned that Hamad Alsuwat, a foreign exchange student residing at the residence, had sexually assaulted a 17- year-old female resident. Alsuwat was not on scene when Deputy Grasso first arrived.
Detective Tim Covington initiated an investigation and when learning that Alsuwat was a foreign exchange student, contacted the Department of Homeland Security in the chance that Alsuwat was a flight risk. Members of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection arrested Hamad Alsuwat as he was preparing to board a flight out of Washington Dulles International Airport bound for Saudi Arabia on Sunday, April 20.
Due to the sensitive nature of this ongoing investigation no additional information will be available at this time.

Very. I’m afraid I’d have either taken care of both of them when I’d found them in the shed, or perhaps had the good sense to have not married her in the first place. It’s difficult to believe this was her first go-round.
