The racism controversy embroiling Don Sterling, the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, has reached half way around the world to Malaysia, where President Obama is on a diplomatic mission to Asia Pacific nations. At a press conference with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak Sunday, Obama was asked about racist comments Sterling allegedly made about African Americans. "When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance, you don't really have to do anything, you just let them talk. That's what happened here," the President said.

Never listen to him. Anything he says will needlessly raise your blood pressure.

"We cannot have an NBA owner discriminating against the league," said Charles Barkley. "We're a black league."

The private conversation of this owner is no one’s business but him and his mistress.

Every single person has said things in private, in heated moments, which would not stand up to public scrutiny.

There is something seriously wrong with this country.

If you do a search with Sterling's name and any prominent democrat ( I used 'John Kerry') all the results come up tampered... Liberal elites moved fast on this one... they know they're all just like him...

He just turned 80, too.

So this is the new politically correct speech code for 80 year old men in private conversation?

The news agencies are also relentlessly pounding on the two “racial discrimination” lawsuits he settled with the Feds.

In the first one, he was sued because he “discriminated” against “non-Korean” applicants for low income apartments in the “Korea Town” area of LA.

In the second one, he was sued because he showed preference for white and Asian applicants for a Beverly Hills apartment (not sure if it was low income).

He also owned low income apartments in LA Black neighborhoods, where the apartment residents were 95%-100% Black, but he was NOT sued for that.

When I did a Google search yesterday on Donald Sterling, the #2 link was for “Donald Sterling Gave $505 To The Republican National Committee In 2010.”

Every other “Comment” I saw at MSN.com was quoting this.

I went directly to the source page.

The “Donald Sterling” they cited was “retired” and living in some Texas town I had never heard of before!

It wasn't the same guy!

But, almost a full day after the story broke, Google had done NOTHING to alert readers or to protect the reputation of the completely innocent Donald Sterling from Texas.

It’s not the facts that are important, it’s the ideology.

After I read the story yesterday I did a search and was able to find some semblence of truth. By today any mention of him and ANY democrat has been wiped clean - or put in place 8,000 on Google search.] If we had a free press rather than a bunch of suck-up "how was your green tea ice cream Oh Wonderful One'... they could look into this... I'd like to know if taxpayers are paying for the service that moved Sterling's name away from every democrat.

Absolutely true, The Indy Star Pacers beat writer Candace Buckner just took Lance Stephenson to task because all he said in response to a question about it was it was bad but he was focused on their current series which was more important to him. She tweeted he had missed a chance to speak out and was taking a myopic view.
