What is the source of the tapes since ‘she’ did not release them. I have a problem with privacy violations in what would normally be protected.
I'm old enough to remember when Earl Butz, who was a pretty decent Secretary of Agriculture, got ridden out of town on a rail for telling an off-color joke which quoted a turn-of-the-century politician.
Not one empty suit nor empty skirt in the media would print or repeat the joke which was supposed to be so offensive so we could judge for ourselves.
Is this the case here?
Is that ink or body paint? I hate ink.
She’s a Hood Rat. But some might consider that racist.
She's being sued by Sterling's old(er) lady Rochelle. More info here.

I found it odd that the name Stiviano is very scarce across these 50 united states. It turns out in 2010 she had her name legally changed to V. Stiviano from Maria Vanessa Perez for the stated reason that she had not "yet been fully accepted because of my race."
As to the tape, she denies releasing it. It's possible a third party knew about their taping their conversations and leaked a particularly good one. It's also possible she is simply lying.
Pink fuzzy handcuffs?
Handy mnemonic to avoid spelling confusion between "loose" and "lose": Loose shoes, lose job.

I was 16 or 17 when the Earl Butz thing happened. I knew the "joke" then, and can remember it to this day. Don't know why you didn't find out what he said. If I knew it, everyone did. The print version may have used a lot of *&# letters but it was obvious what he said. It was pretty offensive. Didn't he tell it to someone sitting next to him on a plane? Just dumb.
Do you happen to recall who that turn-of-the-century politician was? I'd always assumed the joke had originated with ole Earl.
Butz also gets credit for another joke, referring to the Pope and reproductive rights: "He no playa the game, he no maka the rules." Cardinal Cooke demanded an apology. "I'ma sorry I speaka dat way."
Never heard it attributed to anyone in particular. Probably just a folk saying.
The ‘No playa da game...’ quote was popularized by Vice President Spiro Agnew.
Indeed it just might be blackmail when one considers the whole context of the situation.
But this is what I do not understand, obviously the NAACCP was willing to give him a 2nd Lifetime Award, so that tells me the man followed the laws regarding discrimination in business. He can legally be a bigot all he wants in private.
