I don’t know; in my area the minority criminals have to fan out along the frontier of the welfare reservation to commit crime because everything in their neighborhoods is locked up/bolted down. One such raiding party from Newark NJ killed a guy around Christmas time at a mall a few miles to the west; Newark has no such malls (or even supermarkets) where they could attack innocent unsuspecting people so randomly.
Yes, but the lack of malls and supermarkets is itself tough on the innocent minorities. The ferals may hike out to the frontiers of the ghettos from time to time, but they are in the ghettos most of the time, and preying on the poor souls trapped there. I feel really sorry for those folks.
