Secretary of State John Kerry says he chose the wrong word in describing Israels potential future after coming under withering criticism for saying the Jewish state could become an apartheid state if it doesn't reach a peace deal with the Palestinians.
In a statement released by the State Department Monday, Kerry lashed out against partisan political attacks against him, but acknowledged his comments last week to a closed international forum could have been misinterpreted. While he pointedly did not apologize for the remarks, he stressed he was, and is, a strong supporter of Israel, which he called a vibrant democracy.
He said his remarks were only an expression of his firm belief that a two-state resolution is the only viable way to end the long-running conflict. And, he stressed, he does not believe Israel is, or is definitely track to become, an apartheid state.
I will not allow my commitment to Israel to be questioned by anyone, particularly for partisan, political purposes, so I want to be crystal clear about what I believe and what I dont believe, Kerry said after U.S. lawmakers and pro-Israel groups criticized him, with some demanding his resignation or at least an apology.

Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California was also critical of Kerrys comment, saying on Twitter, Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and any linkage between Israel and apartheid is nonsensical and ridiculous. That musta stung the Vietnam Veteran.
The only question I want to hear him answer starts:
Mister Secretary-
As a confessed war criminal, . . .
He’d call that a “misimpression” (sic).
He’s been very careful about no photos of him bowing getting out.
It is the opinion of frustrated, unrealistic policy makers who have bought into the PLO narrative.
This is what they really think so how can the mediate between the two sides?
Kerry is simply verbalizing what President Obama always felt about Israel and the Arabs in the first place.
Jews - GUILTY Arabs - kissy, kissy
The old “if anyone was offended” crap sandwich non-apology apology, with a blame shift to “partisan politics” from a PATHETIC POS! Even Barbara Boxer recognized it as a totally stupid statement.
Well, you have to cut him some slack. He was wounded pretty badly whilst winning all those Purple Hearts.
John Effin could care less about “backtracking” None of the lying f_______ in DC worry about that. They all know they got the original message out that will stick in peoples minds
Israels enemies get the message that John Effin is on their side. Plus they love the code-speak he used “Apartheid”
Which does not account for the 1 million Arabs who live peacefully within Israel’s borders
Population is 6 million Jews
1 million Arabs who are (my guess) 95% Muslim and they do not live under apartheid. They mostly live in their own communities because people prefer living w their own kind (obviously) But they are not barred from traveling within Israel. You mostly don’t hear from them because life is pretty good for them under Da Joooz and better than living under Syrian chaos. Or Palestinians chaos-poverty in Gaza or the West Bank.
And they do have reps in the Israeli parlimant
First time I agreed with Sen Babs Boxer in years. Michael Savage calls her the carpetbagger because she is from Brooklyn.

Talk about a Napoleon complex!!!!!!! She’s practically a midget. How the heck does a miniaturized Jewish woman(?) from Brooklyn get to hold power as California Senator for the last 20 years? I am amazed! What is in the water out there???
Look at the castrati standing behind Babs and the power mad Hillary
He served in Vietnam ?? Who knew?
Yes, but he did not say whom he served. (Not that we don’t know.)
He either believes in Israel’s right to exist - or he doesn’t. He either believes Israel has created this century’s apartheid state for Muslims - or he doesn’t.
He can’t choose one from column A and one from column B and have a 4-course meal.
I’m guessing that, given the last 5 years of Obama’s diapering by the media, he’d get the same kid-glove treatment by the ‘media’ ergo the rest of the world. Having to explain believing 4 opposing views is just too hard, I guess.
Actions speak lauder than words...
Obama is enabling another Holocaust
Kerry just follow the anti-Semitic policies of president Barack Hussein Obama.
American Jews share on the blame; most of them voted for Obama and always vote for Democrats as zombies in spite that FDR closed the doors of United States to the Jews who tried to flee from Nazi occupied Europe during the Holocaust. Remember the SS Saint Louis!!!
Are the American Jews going to abandon Israel as they abandoned their brothers during the Holocaust?
That is the way the Devil pays those who serve him well.

Jewish Liberalism is an inherited disease, it is not incurable
Time and time again, I read in websites and blogs around the internet the question and puzzling paradox posed by Gentiles who strongly support Israel, how can it be that so many Jews continue to blindly vote for ultra-liberal causes that are inherently ultra-critical of Israel and even subliminally of Jews.
But did he say, "Some of my best friends are Israels."
Also, did he say, "IDF guys cut the ears off of Palestinians if the manner of Genghis Khan?"

He’s even got a lot of self-taken 16mm film of himself ready for combat.
I've got a simpler solution. Shut your fly trap and go back to your Ketchup Queen. You're a failure at everything you've done.
